The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Committee Substitute for Senate Bill No. 147 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §7-5-22 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §22-16-4 of said code, all relating to shifting funding from the Landfill Closure Assistance Fund to local solid waste authorities.”
